What to submit
- Current hair photographs in daylight, including the root, mid-lengths and ends
- At least one goal photograph, plus a photograph of a result you do not want if you have one
- Colour-history notes: box dye, salon permanent colour, bleach, highlights, keratin, henna and approximate timing
- Preferred appointment timeline, and whether a wedding, photoshoot or travel date is involved
- Hair length, density and how you usually wear your hair
What happens after you submit
- A reviewer reads the photographs, colour history and timeline. This is a request, not a booking.
- If the request can be reviewed, someone may follow up about consultation type, availability and the next in-person step.
- A quote, service length and suitability are confirmed only after the hair is assessed.
- Submitting the form does not hold a chair, take a deposit or confirm an appointment.
Fees, timing and confirmation
A consultation fee is not published here because a verified fee has not been supplied for this website. Do not assume the request is free or paid until the salon confirms it.
Expected response time is also unpublished until a verified window exists. Booking is confirmed only when the salon accepts a date, not when this form is sent.
How photographs are used
Current and goal photographs help a stylist understand starting colour, grow-out and the result you want. They are not automatically approved for before-and-after publication. Separate permission is required before any client photograph appears on BalayageVA.
